As Kathy mentioned Cindy and I worked on a few process for an old technique last Friday. I love handpainting old black and white photos but it is a long process with lots of time in between for drying. Cindy forwarded me a website that uses panpastels. The woman's name is Dianne Poinski and she has developed a wonderful way to hand color old photos using panpastels. She has an e-book and course available and you can email her at diannepoinski@aol.com for more informatin.
